(5) Social network and platform integration. Our Services contain integration with social networks and other platforms in which information is shared between us and such platforms. For example, if you create or log into your account through a third-party social media site (for example, a Facebook or Google), we will have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, Email address, account information, and other information in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such social media site.
When we process your personal data within Kidjo Inc. this may involve processing and transferring your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), which includes all EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

You use the Services and provide us with information at your own initiative and risk. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us using the details in the Contact Us section below.
9. DATENSCHUTZ VON KINDERN
Registration for our Services is meant for parents or guardians and grown-ups only. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us using the details in the Contact Us section below. We will delete such information from our files as soon as reasonably practicable.
Currently, we do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children under the age of 16. All personal account information is requested from parents and/or guardians or other grown-ups and is limited to just an Email address which is used to notify the parent or guardian about their child’s activities (i.e., value/skills’ report) when using the Services, in compliance with COPPA and The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
If we have collected and stored any personal information from your child, you have the ability to access your child’s information, request that we stop collecting or using your child’s personal information, or request that we delete your child’s personal information. You may do this under Parent settings, after logging in, and/or by contacting us using the details in the Contact Us section below.

If you would like to update, correct, modify or delete from our database any Personal Data you previously submitted to us, please let us know by accessing and updating your profile. You can manage your Kidjo Account in the My Account Area and update your Kidjo membership or account information in the Parent's settings section.
If you delete certain information you may not be able to order services in the future without re-submitting such information. We will comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. Also, please note that we will maintain Personal Data in our database whenever we are required to do so by law.
Please note that we need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such change or deletion. We will retain your Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
We may anonymize your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely.
